1. Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in new condition and unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Original Receipt: You must provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or an order confirmation email.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: If the item was personalized or customized, it is not eligible for return.
  • Underwear and Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

3. How to Return an Item

  4. Ship the Item Back: Use a trackable shipping service to return the item to the provided address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we will issue a refund for the original item and request that you place a new order for the replacement item.
